managing people is an art. playing politics is also an art. it takes so much to work with people from various walks of life in this corporate world. u can read tonnes and tonnes of books on good management tactics but still... experience speaks volumes! like i always tell my frens, you will never grow if you never fall... so take things positively :) losing a little bit now doesnt means you'll always be on the losing end. as long as there is still place to stand, there is still opportunities to gain grounds. so dun mind that little 'setback'. ironically, i've only stepped into the workforce for 4ish years but i feel so old... think i've grown alot especially during my short stint with *gh. that 1 year may suck to the core (u can never imagine how many sticks of cig i smoke per day!), but looking back... it had definately made me a better person to deal with my present situation. and like wat ck always say... everything happens for a reason. so my fren~ if u have lost a battle today or been taken advantage off, think positively... the world revolves, oh ya... it revolves so fast u nv realise. 1 day you will be on the winning end :) for sure!
