my shoulder gave way again...
was playing badminton with my colleagues yesterday. initially din dare to run for the drop shots due to my 'dis-aligned' kneecap, din dare to smack due to my 'wobbly' shoulders. but since my colleagues playing v competatively, and the egoistic me dun wan to lose face... i up gear also lor. and while i was trying hard to smack... 'snapped'. the shoulder kana twisted again. wa lau...sibey painful. kana forced out of game. so malu... yz kept asking if i am ok. piang... pain until wan to die liao still have to play cool and say i'm ok. duh?!
went to see sinseh this morning... haiyo... nearly cried when he rubbed the ball n socket area... sibey tia lor! but tbh... i think this chia guy is good. at least he hit the right spot and immediately knew it was an old injury. no wonder dad brought me to him. now shoulder in bandaged. abit smelly. sheesh... lavi say i tried too hard la... lmfao
