finally have some time to look at the photos taken at the southern ridge walk last sunday. pardon my wolsness =P must say it was a rather nice walk in the rain. although very tiring but its the company that matters bah... and a nice breakaway from the hectic lifestyle.

we started off at ulu kent ridge park. there were so few souls around that day u can literally count them with ur fingers lol

we saw an ancient wwII museum on our way to hort park. piangz... nv knew such a place exists... so well hidden in the mountain =P but we din really step in to see the exhibition thou. we reached hort park v shortly and think we must have spent the most time there.

pardon me for my suaku-ness but i really nv heard of hort park before lor *sheesh* must say its a rather pretty park with unique landscaping... but den again everything there is 'artificial' (except for the exisiting flora and fauna). npark must have spent a bomb on that park...

we continued our journey to the alexandra arch. apparently the arch changes colour at nite wor~ but too bad we din get to see it. so it looked rather ordinary to me =P but must say the forest walk was quite refreshing cos the air there is super fresh!

really envy those people staying there. can enjoy such nice scenary and fresh air day in day out. wonder if they get disturb by animals thou *keke*

after god noes how many hours, we finally reached mt faber. i think we forgot to visit the merlion wor~ lol but by den we were all tired and hungry lor. so we hurried down to harbourfront lol

overall it was a nice walk... but i was rather disappointed by the diversity of flora & fauna along the way. maybe bcos it was raining, or maybe bcos we din really ventured too deeply in most parts of the walk. but still it was worth waking up at 6ish for me~
