the week passed rather smoothly. nothing really happening (kind of got use to getting into trouble day in day out... so find it weird to be so smooth sailing *touchwood*) except being murdered by sweden and portugal! oh oh, my sub got rash outbreak on his hand n sole. we initially tot its hfm n damn farnie lor... everyone started scratching here n there. psychological effect lah. anyways, he called up in the evening saying the rash was getting worse and so he went to see a gp. the diagnosis was likely chickenpox. he came back the next day n our inhouse physician feels its bacteria infection. whereas lim lim say its syphillis -_-""" poor sub... cant get proper diagnosis =P
den nx up is the lead nurses incident. LD's partner was so lousy, irresponsible, sux to the core (i seriously dunno what to use to describe her!) that she was asked to step down. and LD herself wanted to resign. v drama. dunno y i got caught in between... think cos i too kpo liao LOL anyways, LD going on leave nx week. hope she can sort out her tots and come to a conclusion.
choo boss spoke to me yesterday. apparently he n my MD would like to move my dept directly under the MD herself instead of under the physicians, so that we can be more involved in operations thingy. and they would like to have a lead amongst the 3 of us. the post was offered to me. stunned lor. feels awkward to be managing people at this age. guai4 guai4 one. but its a great learning opportunity for me. maybe just take it first den see how lor...anyways prof told me last nite tt i may have to do more tests for my dissertation!!! *disaster* so yah... just be thick skin abit and learn to tackle more politics that WILL come along the way.
we celebrated LD's bdae today. wah... long time since the 6 of us got together. as usual lah...all the gossiping and teasing and RA toks over dinner. xmm looked ok today... hope she has more or less recovered from her nitemare. hope nx wk will pass smoothly for me as well. another study starting. *yippee* at least got things to do... bored to death liao~
