its only mid week wed but this has certainly been a happening week for me. my expat md had his contract terminated as a result of the ongoing cost cutting process that had struck fear in every colleague. almighty big boss sent a snr personnel down to make the annoucement as well as to control situation and maintain morale. so this snr personnel went around comforting colleagues, reassuring us that there wun be any axing of staff esp the contractors and urging us move forward as a team yada yada -_-""" honestly speaking, do u think the contract staff in this unit even care? u have at least 1 fte here hoping to get retrenched, get the retrenchment benefits and move on. bleh... in fact i am more sadden by the news that we wun close down den the news of my expat md kana axed. and if the almighty big boss ever sees this blog... pls stop sending 'her' down. her travelling fee is enuf to cover a few of the contractors' salary!!! tsk tsk...
