stuck in intercon manila... waiting to go to the airport for my flight back home. makati is a nice place... frenly people, good service and bestest thingy is most people here noe some english. as makati is the cbd of the philippines, things here are relatively same priced as those back home... so... bleh, shopping was not a pleasure for a cheapo me. u will be amazed by the number of malls they have here... SM, glorietta, greenbelt etc etc... and all interconnected! getting from mall to mall here is a breeze. and very safe too as there are plenty of security checks at the entrance of the mall and plenty of guards on patrol! food here is v cheap compared to those back home... and guess wats the interesting thingy abt food here? the portion served appeared much bigger den those shown in the menu... totally opp at home! temperature here is hot thou... VERY! but good thing is the malls are all air-conditioned.

i went the spa at greenbelt 1 yesterday (course ended early). took awhile to find the mall as it is relatively far from the hotel. the spa was good (still prefer harris batam thou) and very much worth the money (i paid $36 for private room).

very tired now... din sleep well for a few nites (my frens will noe why). fell sick the very first day i reached... sore throat and blocked nose and phelgm. either caused by the weather here or the stupid mould situation back at work. sad to go back (back to work *sianz*) but eager to go back to my dear and family... i missed chinese tv programmes! cant believe i said that even thou i seldom watch tv show. learnt alot of CRA work during my 3 day course here. hopefully can bring me to another level in my career.
