we went to this new restaurant called empire state in iluma - yes... that brand new weird looking building opp bugis junction, to celebrate lim lim's bdae. its been a while since we went for a good lunch. food there was not bad... menu was somewhat similar to NY NY. ck recommend u to try out :)
