finally been to st james! went to 3 of the pubs last nite - dragonfly, power house & broiler room. well... each pub have their own attraction lah. dragonfly got live band and mostly plays chinese pop songs. the crowd there is mostly chinese (abit fei to mention this) and must say alot of 'old people' as well... average age think mostly got 30ish.
power house is the ang mo side. mostly play techno music. spent quite sometime there cos of LD. din quite like the music leh... made me v sleepy but danced quite a while nontheless. after about an hour or so, we proceed to boiler room. english live band... but hor... alot of 'giao tor'. bey tahan. the band was good lah! but din quite like the crowd. so we ended up in station kitchen for a drink and to rest our feet. we sat there for hours... gossiping about work lol
think i have passed the 'chionging' age la. felt so so so old last nite. plus kept yawning while dancing. wonder if anyone saw that lol oh ya... this yr company's dnd... guess wat it stand for? dinner no dance lmfao. i think my boss seriously got prob. she complaint that she did not see anyone on the dancefloor last d&d. have lor! all of us stayed back to dance lor... guess she must be at home liao. such a bitch!
